I try to feed my children a variety of different foods for any meal. Some of their favorites is a fruit roll up. Take a flour tortilla ,psread some peanutbutter on half, pick your childrens favorite fruit. Mine like apples and bananas on this and roll it up.
Sometimes we will make mini pizzas using the refrigerated biscuit dough you get at the store. The can help make it and use what ingredients they like on their own pizza.

Thanks for the great suggetions, I will definitely try the fruit roll up. When I read your email, I realized that I had tortillas in the fridge, so to spice up our left overs from last (chicken, rice and beans) night, I made an enchilada to go with it and chopped up some tomato, green pepper and red oninion. The kids loved it.

My son eats all different things such as petit felous yogurts, bananas, grapes, some ham sandwiches. I am very lucky that my son will eat almost anything. Since the day he was born, he has loved his food.

My daughter is pretty good at eating most things, yesterday my daughter had some food i got from a tin - macaroni & meatballs - the day before she had a jam sandwich & today, she has been eating fish fingers.
I often wonder if i'm giving my daughter the same things all the time but she'll eat most things anyway - as i said - you could also try the instant (2 minute) noodles in most flavours, normal spaghetti from a tin (i dunno what you call it - spaghettio's?), baked beans, toast, bananas are good or oranges, toasted sandwiches, chicken nugget, mashed potato :)
I hope that helps a bit? For dinner, my daughter usually has whatever we have unless it's spicy then i make her something else (she is only 10 months old).

my daughter is picky also. She loves just about any kind of meat but you can't put it on bread. She doesn't eat mayo, sour cream, cool whip. She loves milk. When I was pregnant with her I could not eat mayo I would get sick from it. Isn't that weird. I give her cheese. I also feed her a lot of fruit. Sometimes I give her a slice of sandwich meat, a corn on the cob and some fruit. It is hard when you have a picky eatter.
