I love Brazilian food! There's a restaurant close to where I live that serves rodizio. For those of you who don't know what rodizio is, it's an all-you-can-eat meat buffet. Servers will come out every so often with skewers of grilled meat, ranging from turkey to beef, sometimes you'll even see exotic things like bison or alligator. There's little quite as delicious as rodizio with a pitcher of red sangria. Mmm!
And here I am, trying to convince myself that I should give up meat alltogether, something that I've been struggling with on and off. Ugh! :)

Yes, the Brazilian food is so delicious, but bison and alligator I never ate.

To tell the truth I don't know what Brazilians eat or cook. I love to try new foods from different countries, I will now have to search the web and find out what people in Brazil like to eat and how to prepare it. The only food I can think of that probably isn't even from Brazil are Brazil nuts!
