All-Stars?

Is it just me or have the producers of the show had to do even more creative editing this season than any other? It seems that in just about every episode, there is one team that falls so far behind, there is little suspense about who's going to come in last. These are supposed to be All-Stars, yet it seems as though they are having more trouble in airports this season than in their intial Races.
Last night, it was a double-whammy working against any possible suspense: Eric and Danielle were obviously too far behind to catch up AND we knew that this was going to be a non-elimination round. Looking at their faces as they stepped to the mat, it was obvious that they realized this as well.
Anyone else a little disappointed with this season? Don't get me wrong, I love TAR and will continue to watch it, but this clearly is not one of their stronger seasons. I guess it could be worse - they could have done another "Family Edition"! *shudders*

I too think the "suspense" of it has been lost a bit this season with the teams that fall so far back. I didn't get to see last night's because the tv station that carries it was out. So, it sounds like I didn't miss much. Yes, I am disappointed with this season. Hopefully the next one will renew the excitment and anticipation of the race. Thanks for the update on last night.
