Depends, if it´s cold outside or during winter, I´ll definitely take a nice hot big bowl of soup. Also in the morning and evening
If it´s summer, I´ll take the salad. Green and fresh, a bit mix of everything....lettuce, corn, carrots, cucumber, cheese, etc. But mostly only duringlunch and dinner though.

i Probably would choose, a salad. I think that we may be bored with just another boawl of salad and ranch dressing, but there is just so many other types of salads that we can try. I have found myself actively looking for new salad recipes, whether it is a crusted chicken and spring mix or corn salsa. The possibilites are endless

Among the two, "Salad and Soup" I will certainly choose "Salad". Because it is a raw preparation and not cooked. Its food value(vitamin) content is more than the soup, which is a cooked preparation. Among so many cooked items those we take regularly, I think "Salad" is a very good raw preparation that is very popular and accepted world-wide. If prepared well, "Salad" also carries some medicinal effects those are very vital for our digestion and physiology. Thanks.

What choice I would make would be totally dependent on the weather. If it was warm and summertime I would be more likely to choose the salad. If it was cool and winter, the hot soup would be more appealing.

I would say it really depends. If I'm having a rather heavy main course, like steak, or roast chicken, then I'll choose salad; but if the main course I'll be having is lighter, fish fillet for instant, I'll then choose soup.
For salad, I'll usually have green salad, and for soup, I like tomato soup, mushroom soup, broccoli soup or pumpkin soup.

I would choose salad. I just love the crisp taste of a salad with my meal. My husband almost always chooses soup so maybe we balance each other out!
