dsrolling I have trouble sleeping too and I tried the sleeping medicine once, but it made me feel that way also so I was afraid to try it again. I even tried cutting the pill by 1/4, but it was still too much for me. I turned to the sleepy time tea and that has helped...

salad or soup

If you are given a choice of selecting salad or soup and you know that both contains same veggies and nutrient factors. which one will you choose? I will choose soup. I like sipping hot soup and eating tender veggi chunks .

dsrolling I would choose salad. I just love the crisp taste of a salad with my meal. My husband almost always chooses soup so maybe we balance each other out!

dsrolling No, I don't believe there is such a thing as having too many children as long as you are mentally and financially able to do it. I have friends with many children (5+) and they do a fantastic job. I have 4 and they are wonderful, but I couldn't handle anymore...
