I feel terrible today

I have to go to work in about 10 minutes and the thought of going out the door is making me feel physically sick. I just want a peaceful day at home, and I always seem to be having to go and do days that I'm not feeling strong enough for. I can't phone in sick, thee isnt enough staff to cover so I'd spend the day feeling guilty instead, but I'd do almost anything for a recprieve from it right now.

Take mini breaks at work. Find joy in those moments. When you leave work, take some time for yourself. Even if it is only a half hour. Take a short drive. Go to a store that you normally don't shop and browse. Eat chocolate.

all good advice, wich I was good at taking good advice though. As it was, I took some flexi-time and came home a bit early and tried to catch up with some jobs, even more tired now. grrr

When you are feeling blah, it is hard not to want to stay home all day. Even with my not working I find that there are days that I would just like to stay in bed for a little while longer. But, I drag myself out of bed at 7:00 every morning.

Sometimes I feel so tired to go to school. Who don't anyways. lolz. But hey, you should really need to dedicate yourself to your work. Rather from thinking that you'll be tired from today's work, think that there might be something good that will happen. Many are jobless so I think those who have jobs should be able to value it. And also think of the other staff and the company you're working in. There maybe lots of good things that will happen if you go out that door everytime you go to work. Just always be optimistic when it comes to your work so that you wouldn't feel tired or bored or whatever. lolz. :)

Uhhh...sorry to hear it. Everybody has his bad hair days:( And everybody can be sad and to feel discomfort without any visible reason. Try to use this time for yourself only, to do something what really makes you smile. And remember: next day will be better:-)

go in front of a mirror and smile before you walk out your door, to start the day right, lol! be positive- have a positive mental attitude and everything will fall in its proper places. come to think of it, 3 days more and it's friday!!

I feel like that almost every day at the moment, it seems I never get a moment to myself to just read, relax, and get things done that *I* want to do. You're not alone :)

Hello, It is time to think positive. Think about good things at your work, paydays, nice co-workers,intersting things to do at work...you get the idea...Work at being positive and life will get better.
