ppeso2009 Hello: Yes you may if that younger person is incapable also or if you see he/she is really disabled person that may need to seat. If not, then you don't need to give your seat.

ppeso2009 I choose whom to give money especially to the beggars on the street. I do not give to those who bring babies.
