I think it is better if the man is older than the woman because men should do the decision making and they should be the wall of the relationship. If girls are older than the guys, they tend to be control freak. Then they come out...

pranav123 I wouldnt agree with that conclusion. I feel a relationship relies mainly on the right 'balance'. If a guy is younger but is much mature compared to the older woman the balance is still right.
