I get fat fast. Even if I don't have the habit of eating always, I still get fat. I don't really know why. Can it be because my metabolism is slow? I want to get fat because I have many dress and clothes fit for more slim...

prettysoul123 drink soda? hey I love coke really but it will make me more fat. I am not really that fat but I want slimmer. and you're right I should cut food into smaller portion. thank you.

prettysoul123 I am active doing physical activities. but you know, I love eating also and sometimes I can not avoid eating the food I imagine that is delicious to me and my favorite also. thank you for good advise, mariaperalta. I will drink water always.
