Is there a painless way to lose weight?

I've tried everything imaginable to lose weight but they all involve suffering.Hunger pains,headaches and jitters just don't cut it.Is there something I've overlooked?

pricklenator Green Tea helps curb hunger - it makes you feel fuller and helps your metabolism. I found pilates to be amazingly helpful. Once I got the core stomach muscles in shape I was much more careful about what I ate since I did not want to ruin my hard work. Best...
