prince_Anthony it's really hard to quit smoking i tried it but i failed, but in fairness i can stop smoking for a month or more than that. i just have to think that smoking is a bad habit and when my brother start smoking i just walk out and think anything for me to forget...

prince_Anthony no need to see a doctor just take a medicines at home take a rest and dink a plenty of water. me I'm a nurse but I dont bother my self when i have a cold. i just drink a plenty of water and some juices.
