Why do you go to the gym? Is it really necessary?

There are many ways to exercise but some prefer to spend money by going to the gym regularly. My bro-in-law is one such person; he injured his thigh recently when a substitute trainer pushed my bro-in-law beyond his capability....

princesidney Well am so sorry about what happened to your brother. Wish him a quick recovery. I go to the gym often but i prefer jogging and doing some other things.
