Hi! I'm just new in Paypal. I already verify my debit card last week. But why can't I add funds. It says Add Funds is Not Available. What will I do?

prudent 110mb.com isn't a good service provider. It blocked the admin control panel of many free as well as premium users. So I suggest you not to use it because all your works will be lost.

prudent If you are very confident and trustful in returning the money you borrow then you submit a request in 'Credit Exchange' section of PM and wait till somebody lends you money.

prudent You are exactly right. However, so far I know 'microworker' is a paying site. It might have changed the terms of service.

prudent This is not a sad news that RCB lost IPL; more sad is that it lost to DC who had already lost IPL. I mark this as a SUPER VICTORY to DC since they blocked the only chance for RCB to win this IPL.

prudent Liberty Reserve does not ask its users for any kind of verification except email validation.

prudent You are absolutely right. No user verification is required to use LR. And this is the same reason for which I do like LR too.
