My laptop's touchpad got heated soon.. what i've to do?

within one or two hours, my laptop's touchpad getting heated.. not even able to keep my hand.. is there any way to avoid that?

Autumnrose2008 There are things that will keep your Laptop cool. You set you Laptop on them and they have cool air moving through them. I have heard they work great. I have never used one on my Laptop but I have a fan that blows over it to keep it a few degree's cooler and...
