ptcuser One year? that was long man. Actually I avoid this kind of site, waiting to reach payout is this kind of site is like waiting forever, then upon all the effort they turn to scam. There are lot of sites that offer low payout, so i rather choose that sites.

ptcuser The best way to get referrals is in forums. By offering people some deals to join your PTC or by exchanging PTC sites you can increase your referrals count. You can also start building your website to post your referral links.

ptcuser what kind website you were looking for? a site to view information only? or it needs user interaction? HTML alone can't make your site stunning, add CSS, PHP etc to make your site more dynamic.
