where do you prefer to work, in the community or in the hospital?

I'm a newly gradute nurse. I know that I should start as a volunteer both in the community and hospital, but I'm thinking where should I practice my profession in the long run of my career?... what do you think about this?...

purrdiem Nothing takes the place of the experience you get in a hospital. In home care you are out there alone, there are not five other nurses working with you side by side to bounce questions to, no techs to pass anything to, no experienced lab person getting blood...
