Presently i have finished my class 10 n i am going to study PUC n then engineering but after that i am planning for my higher education n i plan to go abroad but i dunno which country is the best for higher studies[to pursue Msci]...

Rajarajan P The best path for joining engineering in India is through IIT JEEE or AIEEE, where you can learn to apply the science and not to pass semeters. Then TOEFEL will help in getting master degree abroad.
