what did you do if there strange person turning your door knob?

Last Sunday my neighbor complaining of somebody turning her door knob. She told me she's alone in their house all of her mates out for work.I ask her did you know who is he? and she said no but instead answering her question...

questionandwhy i think it should be safe as long as she keep the door shut.Anyway in my place,it works.
