radicalprince Yes you can verify your paypal using smart money card, the blue and white one the new one with a number that starts with 5299. I also experiennced the same problem before where the card gets rejected by paypal but i found that the main culprit was the.....

radicalprince You can verify your paypal using smart money card with a number that starts at 5299 the new card blue and white one. Yes I now know the reason why the card gets rejected during the verification process. I also experience the same problem before but the culprit...
