What do you do to stay healthy?

I exercise twice or thrice a week. I also eat nutritious food and drink my vitamins. Lastly, I sleep eight (8) hours a day. Have a healthy life!

rahuanandan well very simple as soon as i get up i drink one glass of water and no matter what i eat, i make it a point to drink one glass of water and then walking daily and when tensed go to sleep cheers
