when every something happened to me big small anything i start thinking about it .... actually overthinking and then idk how to stop it , that puts me in depression , and i couldn't help my self

Rahul Verma Do not overthink. Just chill and feel happy with yourself. Things will come and go. Have an apple or banana. Dark chocolate can also help. Go for shopping.
