i have talked to a lot of people and they either love him or hate him, how about you?

ralphie123 I agree with you. H never raises his voice at anyone. I think that is why I like him. I wish my boss would be more like H. My boss flies off the handle at the slightest thing. Maybe I should get him some sunglasses like Horatio's. Might have a calming effect.
