Is eating spicy food really bad for the body?

I've been liking to eat spicy foods lately and my friends told me that i should not always eat spicy food cause it will just make me constipated. I was just wondering if this is true or just a joke.

ramsec517 just give them your formal resignation stating the effectivity date.wether they accept it or not, then dont show up after the given effective date. have a recieving copy for sure, hehehe

ramsec517 tnx, i guess i should also be eating fuds rich in fiber along with spicy foods to balance it. maybe its really on the lifestyle. as for me i drink a lot of water so as not to be constipated.
