ramyaqiu I think it is crazy that u have 600 online friends, that need much time and energy to keep contack with them. I think it no need to many but should be kind and with same interests.

ramyaqiu I have the same sympton before, now I have good sleep by drinking more fruit juice after meals and do yoga before sleeping
