randoh I dont think technology is the issue here. Sure our tech for special effects is lacking, but there are creative ways to go around some of them. Tagalog movies are just bad. Awful everything. Predictable and corny. There are roles that you see over and over...

randoh Russso, you can buy new laptops here in Cebu for around 20k. Netbooks cost even less. I really dont think having on is a status symbol. Our university caters to people of different social classes, but almost everyone in out batch has a laptop.
