There are lots of discussion loosing weight, but there are people like me who would like to gain some bulk. Friends you can help guys like me with your tips and tricks to gain weight and be fit...plz give your suggestions. Thanks...

sat8888 not a problem......just siit a lot in ur room.....dun do too much of physical activity.....try not even to attebd classes....and just eat eat and eat....when in ur room....keep a lot of chips and namkeen stuff and hog on them too...there is ur formula

kartz19 Eat lots of fatty food and immediately sleep. Get up and again start eating. Say no to physical exercise. Drink lots of milk and if possible alcohol.
