Have you gone back to eating peanut butter?

As I was making myself a peanut butter sandwich a short time ago I wondered whether or not the people who stopped eating it had started back. For me peanut butter is a comfort food. I have very pleasant memories from my childhood...

rcooper2100 peanut butter was doing me numbers on the belly...usually i could consume it twice a day no problem, untill i noticed the hydrogenated oil ingredient...stuff is just used to compensate for butter, and its not illegal so companies use it to cut costs...it clogs...

rcooper2100 once you've had toasted, you'll never go back to plain...just experiment...there was a kid i heard about last week, he substitute an ingredient with something else because he was out, and he was up for the sandwhich of the year award.

usually i charge people for this info, but i thought i'd share it with you all...we're talking about fruit for breakfast, and forgetting oats and dry cereal for now...after about 4-5 peices, hopefully you've made it till...
