Where's the best place to create a free blog? I'm looking for a place which has a easy template preferably whilst also allowing for option of applying advertisements. Where's the best place for me to start?

redpurple hello stevie the best free platform to creating new blog is blogger so if u have an email account with gmail.com u'll just need to set it up,however there's wordpress but u have to pay monthly subscription fee .
