how do you De-stress?

options.... drink a glass of wine drink a beer or two pop an antidepressant go shopping, take a hot bath, sleep I drink a glass of wine or take a nice hot bath and soak.

redtmd800 i workout or jog and get into sports (i row with my team four times a week in manila bay and sometimes we swim), better if you can get involved in team sports - it's more fun plus you meet more people
