i observed at a lot of things as i am growing up, kids behaviour changes drastically as years goes on the like to much of drinking and drugs,and i think enviroment ,education, and technology are playing a good role into these.

what do you do to control your feelings

i personally close my eyes and count to ten. it really does help just breathe and count when i open my eyes i feel calmer. what tips do you use to control not losing your tempure etc. everyone has there own thing. i have a friend...

refi2boi1nhla To control feelings is a very diffucult thing so we just have to be able manage feelings as it is a broad subject,for me if I am very happy about something I just ask myself hoo is it me or is this a dream.
