Yury Kirillov @jvincent_129 I totally agree! If you trying to "massage" yourself or use trigger ball, it will totally help a bit. But you will never be able to achieve the same results as a professional massage made by other human being.

Yury Kirillov Try using "sacroiliac belt", can easilly find on for example Amazon for just 15 USD. If your problems related to pelvic instability, which is very common for seating workers, it will help directly.
