Is it true that can sauna can make you lose weight?

I was told that but i dunno whether to believe it or not. Also, why does my face become so smooth when I was in the sauna room??

renaej4 Mmmm, well, the heat would enlarge your facial pores, so I suppose, like a facial, if you clean your face really well after being in the sauna, it might help some, because the cleanser can really get in there. Then again, you have to be sure to rinse very...
