Anna @Riberet19 Health Insurance is not totally private, the companies must be approved by the government and they are backed up by the government. Those who are unemployed or do not earn enough, have free healthcare paid by the Government.

Anna @Riberet19 I live in Switzerland and I am Italian. In Italy is "public health" and you pay with the taxes, even if most people do not understand that they pay the public health service through their taxes. Here it is separated.
