richard65 From tha picture I would suggest a short haircut. Check out this site. It has some articles that can help,giving advice according to your hair colour, face shape and so on.

richard65 I took some driving lessons when I took my driving exam and I have to say I had a pretty good instructor but also I was a bit of a geek, learning anything I could online. For example I found this site which was pretty helpful.
