rikki8 I certainly agree its not a very good idea to put food in your mouth especially when you are stressed. Perhaps you will need to be think of something else to keep busy and try to break that bad habit. Do it slowly so eventually you get used to the new habit of...

rikki8 I understand your situation, the stressfull nature of a call center job in addition to being immobile for at least 8 hours a day does not help with your food intake at all. Its either we eat too much or too little. Most resort to former as it seems to relieve...

rikki8 I know exactly how your parents feel. I cannot stay away long without my dog. I always worry that he (Wolf) may feel so depressed being alone so one solution is I try to bring him along in all my errands whenever possible. He seems to appreciate it a lot and...

rikki8 Dogs can certainly be very good source of therapy for a lot of human ailments especially loneliness or depression. I believe dogs are just about the only pets we can truly rely on when it comes to being man's genuine best friend. Thank you.

rikki8 Well, to some you may be considered as gifted but try not to take it too hard. I know its easier said than done but I am sure God made you the way you are for a special reason. Thanks for sharing!

Do you fix your own bed?
