sreejithsreenivas I am from India and our government hiked the price of petrol by five rupees and 50 rupee hike for cooking gas.Due to this price of vegetables and other commodities are increasing daily and it is very difficult for an ordinary people to survive.

naseeha It is a better choice for you to buy a house first. Because if you buy a house it will help you cut down on rent. But if you buy a car you have to spend on it eventhough it will help you go places.

curious888 I think you should buy a house first. Because if not, you have to rent one, you have to pay rental every month. Now , You pay instalments instead of rental. Finally, when the instalments are paid, the house belonged to you.
