How hard is it to quit smoking?

I was reading a newspaper the other day and in it some research said that it is 10 times harder to quit smoking than it is to quit cocaine!! Now that just doesnt seem true to me. How hard is it to quit? What makes it all so hard?...

rlhink Ihave been smoking for 10 years and I would have to agree because it is almost imposible!

rlhink I have had the same type of experence and I have always thought it was hipocrdical that drinking was worse than smoking pot!!
