what are some cures for insomnia?

I have insomia. I've tried a warm glass of milk. Yuck! I've also tried counting backwards, getting everything dark, cool, and quite, I've tried "relaxing" my breathing. The only thing I have found to work for me is sleeping aids...

I think that if alcohol is allowed weed should be allowed as well

Did you think he had a right to put his opinion out there or do you think he shouldn't have? I personally believe that it was very rude of him to do that. Everyone has their opinions and he should feel freely to express it but...
