well its been hard to say that children in India study hard to get i colleges like the IIT's but their performance in the working sector is not up to their standard because they are made to learn rather than to be innovative so...

rock204 yes i don't really think that you are not given a platform to launch yourself because there are many ways in the internet where you can make your name you just have to search them.
