Sometimes while sleeping I want to move, but I can't be able to move any part of the body for few seconds. If there is someone sitting or sleeping near me, I feel like to shout and get help. It feels like I am shouting but no...

rockiearun Does this happen to me not all the time may be when I am totally freaked out. there was one time that i was surfing the net then read something strange "If you are reading this you will die".I went to sleep and it must be those lines that made the feeling...
