Thinking is depressive

I am someone always thinking without ceasing and last day i thought that while i m thinking i usually fall into despair and my thinking becomes depressive.I can not leave depressive thoughts.Maybe it's my personal situation but...

rockytroop hey sey, the thing is when you think you live less when you live you think less to live lik others do think least and do more plan the stuff out and work if you can don't mess by unnessary thinking i am not a preacher take it dude
