Pinay Ako I guess you need to avoid some foods like shrimp, crab, tuna, chocolates, etc, stay in clean airconditioned house and keep your HAIR short.

bong Yes in fact, before i work abroad every time i go to church just walk it because i don't have enough money. Sometime If our Pastor notify about it he volunteer to give us money enable to ride a Public utility bus. On that i am be very careful of my move its...
