Do you like your chicken fried, breaded or roasted? Hmmm I perefer the breaded one. I really love some breading mixes in the market right now...

Grammasherri I like my chicken fried. (Actually, any way) I soak my chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce. Then, I flour it and let it sit for 15 minutes, before frying. It makes the chicken very tender and flavorful. It gives the chicken a really crunchy coating. This is my...
