Has anybody did the medical Transcriptioncourse?

Is there anybody out there that has taken this course or medical billing? I hear it pays good. I need to get into another field of work that really pays something. Anybody have any ideas?!?!

I am a mother to 5 kids. The ages range from 3 months -9 years. One of my kids has ADHD and when his meds wears out, he gets the other kids all round up. Does anybody else deal with ADHD either themselves or kids? In a bad spot...
