I don't know what to do!! my son is under observation for 3 months,, after three months he needs ultrasound,, after the result they will refer us to surgery the doctor said we need to save money... my god help me...

Why we work hard?? because we want money? we want to buy our daily needs? we want to survive everyday, we need to eat, three or more times a day, we work hard to save money for our future...
