Every month, I always had days of feelings sad, lost and feeling hopeless no matter what my situation is. Does anyone feel the same? I'm thinking that it's just hormonal, because I usually feel that a week before my period.

Morgan @roselavon25 Oddly enough, the sound of a sleeping animal makes me very tired. Our one dog breathes very loudly when asleep, and it makes me want to sleep as well.
