Stress i hate it but it annoys me. Im having a problem on stress since i start to work and im looking for some remedies on how to feel good and push stress away.

rosesomoza a very good way to fight stress is thinking of good things, things that are positive, things that make you happy and not sad, glad not mad, think of fun people you know personally that are fun to have around. Avoid thinking of bad memories, o.k. have fun...
