How long we should sleep?

Most of us...sleep 7 hours perday, less or more..some say it might effect your health......how about you guys???...

rosyidi I sleep 8-9 hours perday. Sometimes it reach 12 hours. For me it depend on you, how long u want to sleep.

rosyidi To fund the e-gold account you need to find exchanger first depend in your country. If there were no excahnger in your country than you can buy from other exchanger using credit card. After buy the exchanger will fund your account. hehe it easy
