Everyone feels down and sad sometimes, even happy people. Spending time with friends, loved ones and our children is supposed to make us happy but can you just not bring yourself to get out and socialize when you are feeling...

rowansnow I agree that there is something comforting in being surrounded by humanity without having to reveal your inner thoughts and turmoil.

rowansnow I agree that sending text messages is much easier but it does add one more layer to the communication barrier.
