What time you go to bed?

I generally have my dinner at 10 pm, after which I go for a brief walk for about half an hour. Then I have a glass of milk before calling it a day at around 11 pm. And this is the routine that I try to stick to.

aidonia I take my dinner at 10 pm with my son.after is him sleeping time.My husband come home at 11pm from his job.usually I don't sleep before 2am,and I wake up at 7.30am.So just 5-6 hour sleep for me.
